Performance Measurement Program
In 2019, the Performance Measurement Program replaced the Journey to Excellence (JTE) program.
In the third article in the Striking Gold: Series on Journey to Excellence, we will discover in greater depth the program objectives. Together, these requirements help measure how well lodge program is supporting its membership. Objectives being discussed in this article include lodge event participation, Brotherhood completion, service projects, and section and national event attendance.
Through this session, you will:
Explain what is meant by year round training.
Demonstrate knowledge of evaluating a program
Guide participants through the stages of the year round training program.
Enable participants to continually improve the programs of their lodges.
Throughout this session, you will:
Explain different training needs and audiences.
Demonstrate knowledge of the what, who, and when of training.
Guide participants in listing the various types of training that can occur.
Enable success in meeting Membership, Program, Unit Service, and Council Support requirements.
