I have a few questions about the Vigil selection process that you could help me better understand.

Why was the Lenni Lenape word list left out of the new edition of the OA Handbook distributed at NOAC? I have found the list very useful for determining Vigil Indian names.
A. Dear John,
If a person is selected for the Vigil Honor by the Vigil nominating committee but passes away before they are called out or they complete the Vigil induction, are they considered a Vigil Honor member? If not, can the lodge still recognize them as Vigil?
Outside of the Order of the Arrow, does the national chief (or national vice chief for that matter) have any other responsibilities within the BSA?
Can non-OA Adult Leaders attend OA Camping Functions (e.g. lodge events, conclave, etc)?
Q. I'm serving as adviser to a youth-led committee charged with selecting Vigil Honor and Founder's Award candidates. We have good guidance on the Vigil Honor selection process but very little on the Founder’s Award. So:

I was told today by a member of our lodge that the National Order of the Arrow Committee has made a decree that 2-piece (full pocket) lodge flaps are no longer allowed to be worn on the BSA field uniform. Is this true?
